School friends, they began writing together early in their life and have written many stories for children. They have two series: one, writing as Elizabeth Eyre, an historical whodunit set in Renaissance Italy with Sigismondo as main character and the other, using the pen name Sussanah Stacey, completely different, is a British police procedural featuring Superintendent Bone.
